Ordering Funeral Stationery – How It Works
You have found our website and hopefully seen something you like, or feel confident we can create something bespoke, for a loved one’s funeral service. We are professional designers and printers, with a wealth of experience, so you can have total confidence in our service.

Most people like to call to discuss their requirements, and check we can deliver by the required date. You can call us for free on 0800 612 6484. If you are just making an enquiry, don’t worry – you won’t be pressured into making an order. We will help and advise you on the options available to you.
Just email the details
If you decide to take up our services, then we need the Order of Service details. You just need to send us these on email. If you can, include the hymns, readings and prayers, and the outline order of the service.
Choosing the content
There is no definitive way to set out the Order of Service – some people just include the hymns and titles of any readings, others may put in short life histories, tributes, poems and readings. It is totally up to you what you would like to have in the Order of Service.
Using photographs
It is always good to have a selection of pictures of your loved one in the Order of Service. They may come from different stages of their life, and show them with family and friends. It is always nice to include photographs, and whilst it may be hard to see at the funeral, when you look back at the Order of Service, or send copies to friends, it will help bring back many happy memories. It is also good for family and friends to have recent pictures of a loved one. We don’t photograph people that much because they are always present in our lives, so if you can include them on the Order of Service it makes it special for everyone.
Thinking of ideas for themes
It helps us if you have had some thoughts on what you would like as a theme. It could be a hobby, job or interest, a favourite flower, or anything that reminds you of your loved one. You may see the perfect design in our theme gallery, or just need it changing slightly to suit your requirements. We can create a really special theme for your loved one, and create a lasting keepsake for family and friends.
Don’t like filling out forms? Just call us
Don’t worry if you don’t want to use the form, or send your photos via the website – we find most people want to call to speak to us. We are available from 8.30am to 8.00pm if you want to call us. Most people need to arrange this after work so we are available to suit you. We can arrange your order over the phone, and you can send us an email and attachments if that is easier.
Can you work with my funeral director?
Yes, we can. You can inform them we are doing your funeral stationery – or we can do it for you. The most important thing is you get the funeral stationery you want. We work with funeral directors regularly so you can be confident in our service.
