Personalised Funeral Stationery

Fitting Farewell create bespoke funeral stationery that makes a unique and lasting keepsake of a loved one for family and friends. We create designs that include family photographs and personal memories. The funeral stationery range includes Funeral Order of Service Sheets, Mourning Cards, Attendance Cards and Thank You or Acknowledgement Cards and we specialise in Funeral Memorial Cards.

Delivery

How long until I receive my items?

We despatch all funeral stationery within two working days from receipt of order (subject to prompt approval of design). Delivery is made by Next Day service and guarantees delivery before 5pm. We will always send you an email when the goods are despatched.

Signing For The Delivery

Please ensure your order is sent to an address where someone will be able to sign for it. We suggest you select your work address if nobody is available at home to sign for the delivery.

In the event that you are not in, a card will be left for you with details on how to organise redelivery or for you to arrange collection of your parcel.

We will email or call you to confirm despatch. Please ensure that someone is present on the stated delivery day to avoid further charges and delays.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is included in the price (for up to 20kgs) for a Next Day service for delivery by 5pm anywhere in mainland UK (except Sundays & Bank Holidays).

Can I order several items at the same time?

Yes, you can select which items you require and the quantity and ask for them to be sent out together. These will all be added together and only one delivery charge applied. We will give subtract any additional delivery charges included in the total price.

Do you supply outside the UK?

We only supply within the UK and do not accept orders from overseas.

Can you explain your shipping arrangements?

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Items that are ordered before 1pm will usually be despatched within two working days, subject to prompt approval of the design proof sent by email.

Can you explain the delivery options and charges?

We have tried to keep our delivery charges as clear and simple as possible. Delivery charges are based on UK delivery only.

Standard Charge – £10 (for up to 20kgs) for Next Day service. This guarantees delivery by 5pm anywhere in mainland UK (except Sundays & Bank Holidays) and is INCLUDED in the price.

Delivery Before Noon Option – additional £15
If you require delivery on the day of the funeral, you will need a Special Delivery Next Day. Please call us to arrange on our Freephone number 0800 612 6484.

Delivery Surcharges

We may have to apply a surcharge to orders from certain areas of the UK. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss it further.
