From time to time we are asked by our customers to feature a copyrighted image, logo or character.

Football Clubs
This often occurs with fans of football teams who would like the club badge featured on their funeral stationery. We have to seek permission from the club every time we wish to use their badge, and the fact that it has been previously granted does not automatically allow us to use it, at another time, for another funeral.

We have found that most clubs will grant permission when asked but we must always seek permission first. We apologise if this causes delays but we must respect the club’s copyright on every occasion.

CBeebies or Disney Characters
We will contact the appropriate holder of copyright on your behalf but this can be a lengthy process and there is no guarantee that we will be succesful in obtaining permission.
